About Marc Coelho
Marc Coelho is a highly experienced Personal Trainer, Metabollic Coach, and the founder of HiGHealth — a platform built on the belief that true health goes far beyond just exercise. With over a decade of hands-on coaching experience, Marc has dedicated his career to helping people transform not only their bodies, but their overall quality of life.
Marc spent over 20 years living and working in the United Kingdom, a journey that deeply shaped both his professional approach and personal philosophy. During this time, he had the privilege of working with clients from a wide range of cultural, social, and professional backgrounds. This exposure allowed him to develop a unique ability to understand individual needs, lifestyles, and challenges — adapting his coaching style to suit each person rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method.
Working across such a diverse population taught Marc that health is personal. Culture, habits, beliefs, and daily environments all play a critical role in how people approach fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing. This insight became one of the foundations of HiGHealth — a coaching approach rooted in empathy, adaptability, and real-life practicality.
In 2020, Marc relocated to Brazil, continuing to support many of his UK-based clients remotely while expanding his reach internationally through online coaching. This transition strengthened his ability to deliver results regardless of location, combining personal connection with modern coaching tools.
Marc’s work is backed not only by experience, but also by a strong commitment to continuous education. He has completed a wide range of extension courses across leading universities, covering areas such as disease prevention, nutrition, mental health, and human physiology. This allows him to bridge the gap between science and practical coaching — translating complex health concepts into simple, effective strategies for his clients.
